Great and reliable service. Steve was knowledgeable and patient when he came to service both our reverse osmosis (RO) and water softener system. Unfortunately, our well water is very hard, so Steve suggested to change our regen cycle to at help with our RO filters not clogging up in less than a year. Thanks again.

Had a installation today of r o waterKevin was our installer. He was quick and didn’t leave a mess. He was polite. And let know everything I needed to know. So thank you. I’ve had good communication and experience with Cam and Kevin.Did have an issue with scheduling an appointment with someone. Don’t like the texting part of that. Although confused why culligans advertised nicer looking systems on website. I could also note a taste test of their water and a run through of the whole contract before signing would be a great idea and maybe also a water test after wards to prove my water is improved. I am sad I didn’t get the promo that install would be free since the lady that referred sold me on that fact. It’ll be great not running to the water store anymore. 🙂 I’m writing an honest review even though there be a promo in it for me.

Called to get a quote for an RO system. Cam, salesman came to the house and did the most thorough water testing of all the companies we called to quote. Took the time to explain everything and recommend a system. Even took the time to answer our questions via email following our initial meeting. We went ahead with the system install, and Kevin came out to complete the install. Kevin was beyond lovely, with a quick install, clean workspace after and showed the features of the system. Thoroughly happy with our experience with Culligan Niagara.

The products are great as is the service. New truck looks amazing! 🤓The delivery driver is excellent and service staff very capable and quick.

A person answers the phone when transferred. Staff call back when they say they will. Products are reliable!
