I’ve been using culligan for more than 10yrs and never had any problems with there water or softener systems. They are absolutely a great company. Staff is always friendly and nothing beats their water softener delivery to your home.

This business is run the way a business should be run. They are honest, do what they say they will do and do it on time at a very fair price. I've just had a new water softner installed and it was installed by Steve right on time an he did a great job.

From the start with Brandon doing a water test we realized this is an honest company, no upselling and offered a system that met our needs. Steve did the install and was awesome as well. They did a follow up inspection to make sure everything was working and re-tested the water to ensure all was in good order. Highly recommend!

We have been customers of Culligan for over 20 years. We went from discolored showers and toilets due to our well water being very hard to nice white ones. Our drinking water is better the bottled water. Always pleased with their service.

We had our water filter installed just over a month ago for the entire home. I have been using Culligan Water Delivery for over 3 years now, and I would highly recommend their service and products. Their water tastes delicious, and their prices are reasonable.

Salt level was not appearing to go down. Talked to individual deliverying salt. He suspected something was not right and took water sample. Found water was not being softened. He contacted his boss and a service person came out the next day. Replaced a part that was not serviceable. System now up and running as it should. Impressed with knowledge of service individual and quickness of all involved to rectify problem.Thanks much.

Steve and his staff at Culligan Niagara are amazing..My wife and I had a new Culligan water system installed.Because of our unique water usage situation and very hard water it took a bit of extra time to sort it out.They came right away each time and kept at it till our problems were resolved!I know they went over and beyond to get this right.Would recommend them for water system needs,hands down.

Excellent customer service. Easy to get a hold of when you need them. Service manager is always helpful and service techs do an awesome job with install and clean up. Everyone is super knowledgeable about water treatment and equipment and was great at answering all my questions (and there was a lot). We use well water so we ended up putting in a water softener, uv light and RO system and I couldn’t be happier.
